Mitsui Kushikino Mining Co., ltd. donated exhibition panels and specimen of ore to Ichikikushikino city municipal Asahi elementary school. The head teacher said “A lot of people in Asahi area worked at Kushikino mine. However, less people know about the relationship between Asahi area and the mine because of the decreasing number of parents who work at the mine these days. Expecting children to know about the history of their hometown and the company, I ordered the staff of general affairs division of the company, and they made more than what I have imaged. I would like to make use of these teaching materials for children.”
