Mitsui Kinzoku Co., Ltd. (President: Takeshi Nou) has endorsed the disclosure recommendations published by the Taskforce on Nature - related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) and has become a TNFD Adopter on October 13, 2025.
In April 2022, the Mitsui Kinzoku Group revised its Basic Environmental Policy, positioning environmental conservation as one of the top priorities in our management. Since then, we have consistently practiced environmental consideration in all aspects of our business activities. In particular, we are actively promoting the adoption of technologies that create environmental value, the selection of raw materials, and the development of products aimed at the sustainable use of natural resources and the conservation of biodiversity.
Going forward, based on the framework proposed by the TNFD, we will appropriately assess and manage the risks and opportunities related to natural capital in our business activities, and aim to disclose this information by the fiscal year 2026. We will continue to make the necessary preparations and improvements to achieve this goal.
