Mitsui Kinzoku Company, Limited (President: Seiji Ikenobu ; “Mitsui Kinzoku”) announces that it has decided to establish a new company in the Philippines to manufacture and sell catalysts for motorcycles.
As demand is expected to continue growing in the Philippines, one of the largest motorcycle markets in Southeast Asia, we aim to further expand our business by establishing a manufacturing and sales base in the country. Operations are scheduled to commence in the second half of fiscal 2027.
Going forward, we will continue to respond fully to market needs while further accelerating our efforts to enhance the value of our catalyst business.
