Mitsui Kinzoku Company, Limited (the “Company”; President and Representative Director: IKENOBU Seiji) hereby announces a change to the effective date of the integration stated in the Execution of Final Agreement Concerning Integration of Businesses for the Purchase of Copper Concentrates and the Sale of Related Products, which was published on May 28, 2026.

Effective date of integration Original plan October 1, 2026
Revised plan February 1, 2027
2.Reason for change
To execute the integration, it is necessary to complete certain filings and receive approvals from relevant domestic and foreign authorities. The Company
has changed the effective date in light of the time required for the review process.
3.Future outlook
The impact of this change on consolidated business results forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027 will be insignificant.
