Mitsui Kushikino Mining Co., ltd. supported local event

Gold panning and gem hunting

Every year during summer vacation, an event for local children is held at “Chikabi Museum” managed by Japan Underground Oil Storage Co., Ltd.
Mitsui Kushikino Mining Co., ltd. supports three programs of the event: “gold panning” offered by Takehara Refinery, “gem hunting” and present of Akeshi mine’s ore.
Children were taught how to use panning dishes by the staff, and they eagerly collected gold dust and gem by themselves, shining their eyes.
